You will receive counseling in an environment most young adults today are quite comfortable in - the Internet. This means you can take as little time or as long as you need to work through whatever issues you are dealing/or not dealing with. There are no set times when you have to be online which means you can access your sessions whenever it is most convenient for you.

Each lesson/session has four components. CLICK HERE to view.

You must meet certain minimum qualifications, though.

Qualifications

  • You must to be in the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade.
  • You must have your parent/guardian's written permission to participate in the program if you are under 18 years of age.
  • You need to be recommended for counseling by appropriate school personnel.
  • You must be able to read and write at least at a seventh grade level.
